Minimising the balcony installation requirement has always been at the forefront of our Cassette balcony innovation concept. By minimising site installation works, the time required for key site resources like tower cranes, and mast climbers, etc. can dramatically reduce, saving prelim costs.

In short, the balconies our manufactured and assembled off-site with only 5% of the work needing to be done on-site. Upon delivery to site, the balconies are then craned into position, and slid onto the awaiting arms. With no need for anything to work beneath the live load, or even stop onto the balcony before it's bolted.

We have experience with many teams and have both an initial training course for installers as well as a system in place for monitoring balcony installation; OSQA (Onsite Safety and Quality Assurance). Throughout a project, we offer support and suggest tips from our experience, whether the balconies are being fitted by the façade company or any other team.

Supply & support is a hybrid, but better alternative to supply only or supply & install. It is where processes and support go above and beyond the contractual obligations to ensure that the product delivered is right and the process of delivering it is smooth and safe. This method allows experienced experts to install our balconies under our close supervision and support delivering the best possible end-to-end service for our clients.

Enabling balconies installation to hit record speeds of 36 balconies installed in just over 6 hours has been made possible through clever balcony innovation. What is more, the balcony installation of Sapphire Glide-On Cassette balconies is safer than the typical methods of traditional bolt-on balcony installation.
